Arriving at Consensus

Challenge:

A privately funded community park needed to engage with civic leaders in a variety of social and business circles to ensure there was awareness and support for their path forward. In addition, they needed to address misinformation being shared within the community. 


Goal:

  • Facilitate a series of consensus meetings to introduce the mission of the park and gain insight how it could be used within different communities

  • Implement a public relations campaign that addresses the issues of the community and related solutions 


GV Value Add:

  • Identified a focus and mission for this park that included educational and civic activities

  • Obtained support from business and civic leaders that are now willing to put “skin in the game” and shared that support across multiple mediums

  • Developed a 3-year actionable business strategy that integrated their PR campaign with revenue goals
