Arriving at Consensus
Challenge:
A privately funded community park needed to engage with civic leaders in a variety of social and business circles to ensure there was awareness and support for their path forward. In addition, they needed to address misinformation being shared within the community.
Goal:
Facilitate a series of consensus meetings to introduce the mission of the park and gain insight how it could be used within different communities
Implement a public relations campaign that addresses the issues of the community and related solutions
GV Value Add:
Identified a focus and mission for this park that included educational and civic activities
Obtained support from business and civic leaders that are now willing to put “skin in the game” and shared that support across multiple mediums
Developed a 3-year actionable business strategy that integrated their PR campaign with revenue goals
