Challenge:

An international nonprofit needed to identify and implement a new resource model along with refresh their culture to reflect their mission.

Goal:

Identify and implement a scalable resource model that allows for career growth, encourages collaboration and ensures a quality work product is produced.

GV Value Add:

• Identified a new resource model that allowed for three additional roles but still came in below total salary costs from prior years
• Moved the nonprofit towards running and thinking like they a business
• Developed mechanisms to encourage teamwork and collaboration
