A venerated Los Angeles homeless shelter had a contentious board with minimal leadership and no clear role. The result was a breakdown in board relations while planning a major fundraiser that became public knowledge in business circles.
Goal
Identify a new group of board members that are focused on raising money for this organization
Develop a comprehensive communications campaign for internal and external public relations that focuses on the organization “moving forward”
