This Isn't Your Grandmother's Gala 

We love it when our clients want to shake up their traditional gala. In this case, Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women & Children (GSC) is working with us to turn their annual gala into a not-to-be missed dance party at Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles with a fab live band and an open bar with specialty cocktails.

No B-list entertainment, no auction, no long program, just good fun supporting a cause that is helping homeless youth and women, in Los Angeles.

Since 1984, the mission of the GSC has been to empower women and children to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency through housing, employment and support services offered with dignity and love. In 2016 GSC has:

• Housed up to 93 women and 45 children in their emergency shelter and Women’s Village campus, each night.

• Assisted more than 70 women from their program to move on to permanent housing, at a success rate of 87.9%.

• Provided more than 40,000 meals to residents and women on the street.

• Helped 75 women find employment through their Workforce Development program and partners.

• Served 65 children, 38% of whom are 5 years old or younger
